
DESCRIPTION
Our client is a multinational company in the education sector based in the center of Barcelona.
As a Sales representative:
- You will make Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers
- You will upgrade and renew current customers
- You will qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities
- You will take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets
- You will achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries
REQUIREMENTS
You are a good match if:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Sale or Customer service
- You have at least a C2 level of German
- You have a good level of English
- You have Outbound call experience
- You have a good commercial aptitude
- You have a goal oriented mindset
- You have the ability to communicate effectively to customers
- You are a team player
