Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Dutch Sales Account Executive to manage and grow key client accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, offering strategic solutions while leading projects and fostering long-term relationships. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in driving success and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic client accounts, delivering tailored solutions that address their needs and objectives.
  • Lead client projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee the knowledge database, ensuring the recruitment of experts when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships, network with potential clients, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining high professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Navigate complex compliance and operational procedures, ensuring smooth client interactions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in managing high-value accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills.
  • Leadership ability, with experience mentoring or leading teams.
