DESCRIPTION
For our business in Milan we are currently looking for a Senior IT Specialist (male/female) Italian and English speaking. You'll join a well-established and high performing IT Team to achieve success in our long-term strategy.
As Senior IT Specialist you will provide technical assistance to the areas of hardware, software and communications, guaranteeing quality and good IT systems into the Company
Responsibilities
* Support the updating and maintenance of computer equipment
* Advise users and professionals about the computer support linked to their specific areas
* Support monitoring and implementing of global or local processes of the platforms
* Resolution of technical incidents
* Excellent communication and people skills at all levels
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proactive approach, experience in running some different projects
* System administration
* Massive installations
* Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Requirements
* At least 3 year of experience in similar functions
* Excellent language skills (at least B2) in Italian and English, both spoken and written
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Nice to have: knowledge of Spanish
* Active Directory (adding/downgrading/modifying users, directory permission, GPOs, bulk changes) & AZURE knowledge.
* Layout, cloning, computer back up and restore tools
* Antivirus console administration
* Very good understanding of networking protocols and practices
* MICROSOFT WDS & MDT knowledge
* Knowledge and working understanding of identity management services (Google Workspace, Okta, or similar). SSO, MFA protocols.
* Administration of Windows 2008/2012 servers
