Job description


Majorel Portugal is looking for a Senior Operations Manager that can ensure that the service delivery and processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

We are looking for someone that can embrace both administrative and management roles and that is a skilled and hard-working individual with strong leadership and communication skills, and who is passionate about delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions


Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring and managing the overall team results;
  • Ensuring that the needed systems, tools and procedures are in place to support the service delivery;
  • Come up with creative methods to improve operational management systems and processes for the overall organization;
  • Promote, coordinate and support the work and performance of the team ensuring the client needs are met;
  • Maintain a correct relationship with the client and departments of the overall company;
  • Build a strong relationship with the team and management team to ensure security;
  • Analyse data to align with the forecast, budget, schedules and build a plan based on these results;
  • Communicate needs from client to the team;
  • Take tactical decisions in case of unforeseen circumstances, by being proactive when it comes to providing solutions and improvements to the service delivery;
  • Any other function that is considered relevant and necessary in the business.

 

 

This position requires the use of confidential information according to its responsibility and duties and must be adapted to the good use manual of the information systems

Requirements

 

  • Proven work experience as Service Delivery Manager, supervision and operation tools;
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Customer service-orientated and a high focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Leadership ability, experience in team management;
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members;
  • Outstanding organizational skills;
  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field;
  • Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Native or near-native Portuguese skills;
  • Native or near-native English skills.
