Social Media Support with Lithuanian or Latvian and English

For one of our projects we are looking for a customer service advisor who will be ensuring to resolve a wide variety of consumer queries via social media platforms.
The role:
- Respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries by various social media platforms
- Provide customers with advice and information regarding clients' products and services
- Carry out customer inquiries in timely and correct manner by predefined rules when escalation is needed;
- Understand customer’s needs so as to be able to deliver the best solution for each of them in line with our key performance indicators;
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Has very good command of Lithuanian or Latvian(C1) and English (at least level B2);
- Knowledge of more than one of the required languages will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is beneficial;
- Can adapt quickly to changes in products, process and technology;
- Has good knowledge of social media platforms and communication;
- Has good computer literacy.
