Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Spanish speaking Business Development Manager
Salary: EUR 20-30K basic gross p/a (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (20% OTE)
Hours: 40 hrs per week Mon- Fri office hrs
The company
Our client is setting up a new international commercial hub in Lisbon and is looking for energetic and target driven sales professionals to join their new business development team.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will build a pipeline through cold calling to business client in the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities include qualifying potential deals before passing them on to the Country Manager. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives on the challenge of identifying the right contacts, is driven by targets, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone!

- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B setting
- A motivated and ambitious individual eager to advance rapidly in a sales career
- Proactive and able to take initiative to achieve results
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone
- Thrives on meeting sales targets and always looks for ways to exceed expectations
