The Role:

The customer service role at Betsson Group involves assisting Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone. Responsibilities:


  • Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
  • Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in customer service, including face-to-face, online, and phone-based interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Background in iGaming, particularly in areas like online betting, casino operations, or customer support, is considered a plus.
