Workster is partnering with Greece’s biggest tech company to find Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts to work for the world’s largest social media platform, based in Athens. ✈️
This role comes with free relocation to Greece - including your flight, a few weeks in a hotel, and help finding a long-term place to stay.
Your Role
- Support customers via phone, chat, or email, making sure every interaction is positive.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and offer fast, accurate, and friendly solutions.
- Handle questions about products, services, accounts, or orders.
- Stay up to date with company processes to ensure consistent service.
- Work with other teams when needed to solve more complex issues.
- Log all interactions in the system and follow up when necessary.
- Spot areas for improvement and share ideas to make the customer experience even better.
REQUIREMENTS
- C1 level Spanish and good English (B2 or higher).
- Already in Athens or open to relocating there.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and team-player attitude.
- Adaptable, curious, and comfortable using online tools and software.
- Able to provide basic documents (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.).
