Sports Brand Customer Support Agent - Polish

This role offers a hybrid working model for candidates based in Sofia and a work-from-home option for those outside the city.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for candidates who are:

 

  • Fluent in Polish (B2) and possess a strong English (B2) proficiency.
  • Excellent communicators with a passion for customer service.
  • Skilled in typing, PC operations, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working under performance metrics.
  • 2-week onboarding with tests
  • Customer-service oriented and focused on team success.
