Student Services Coordinator - Summer 2024

The Role

EF is searching for Student Services Coordinators for summer 2024. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining experience while working in an international company! 

You will be working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to all students. You will be the face and the feel of the school and its social areas. No day will be the same, there will be high energy times welcoming students or assisting our huge student body during breaks combined with quiet times where you will focus on administration and organization.

A truly memorable experience you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily. Every day is different from working on following up on attendance, running themed breaks and joining the activities team in running epic themed activities such as Murder Mysteries while dressed as your favourite film character!

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. (C2 level of spoken English preferred)
• Highly focused on customer service and team spirit
• Remains calm under pressure and able to use own initiative
• Positive attitude, strong sense of ownership and the drive to succeed
• Have the right to live and work in Malta

You will expand your creative skills by creating themed events and a great atmosphere, look and feel in the school. Working with staff from around the world your communication skills will be maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Details

• Roles available for approx. 6-10 weeks during June, July & August. For the shorter durations it could be combined with a leader or teacher role before or after.
• 6 day per week full-time contracts
