For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Support Services Advisor with Dutch and English.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver exceptional support via calls, emails, and chats;
*Diagnose and resolve issues with audio products quickly and effectively;
*Guide users through setup and troubleshooting with clarity and patience;
*Collaborate with internal teams on advanced technical cases;
*Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Qualifications:
*Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
*Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus;
*Excellent communication and active listening skills;
*Passion for technology, especially audio equipment;
*Proficiency in using MS Office, ticketing systems.

* Full-time (39 hours/week) Monday - Sunday 10:00 AM – 06:00 PМ;
