Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting any problems clients may have via telephone, e-mail or chat
· Provide information about products & Services to the customers over the phone
· Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
· Fluent Swedish and English
· Technical background/troubleshooting skills & familiarity with technology
· Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
· Customer oriented approach that is capable to match the brand’s reputation
· General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality
