Swedish Speaking Junior Travel Consultants to Helsingborg

Join one of the world’s leading Business Travel organizations! Our client in Helsingborg is now looking for experienced travel agents to join their office.

As a travel agent, you will deliver customer care to business travelers embarking on worldwide travel, finding solutions for flight, hotels, train travel and beyond before and during their business trips. Your help will ensure they fly with ease, arrive fresh for meetings, and get back home on time for their family and friends.

We are looking for persons with:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish (with good English skills) – the role will require inbound, outbound (callbacks), and email communications.
• Excellent telephone skills, including a professional demeanor, portrayed to customers demonstrated through the ability to ask probing questions, the ability to communicate with a sense of urgency.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or similar industries
• Passion for traveling
• Strong listening skills: active listening; able to appreciate the context of the business traveler’s experience
• Ability to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with business customers
• Knowledge in travel GDS Systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sabre is a plus, but not necessary as you will get training in this.
• Solutions mindset to find the right solution for the customer (e.g., consultative skills), while also closing the sale and potentially up-selling the customer
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and display empathy, proactive recommendations & urgency.
