Swedish Speaking Payroll Specialist in Stockholm, Sweden!

Are you looking for a new exciting challenge in Stockholm? Do you have experience in finance and customer support, and are organized and like to work with mixed tasks? We are looking for a Swedish-speaking payroll specialist to our client in Stockholm!

Overall duties:

-Responsibility for the entire salary process for the salaries of the collective employees concerned.

-Management of holiday calculations and checks as well as registration.

-Reporting to authorities and collection of statistics within the group.

-Write certificates to employees and authorities

-Stay up-to-date on applicable laws and agreements.

-Other HR administration such as administration in case of change of employment form,

salary increase, termination etc.

In the role, you will be involved in developing and streamlining payroll processes, be familiar with them

tips, process descriptions and new updates in payroll.

In order to thrive in the role, it is required that you can maintain focus during a varying work pace and

has a trust-inspiring approach to both authorities and colleagues.

We see it as meritorious if you have experience with the planning system Optima and knowledge

about HogiaLön Plus.

Our client has approximately 7,000 employees, and has the collective agreement, the guarding and security agreement.

- Is structured, solution-oriented, meticulous and has a good level of service.

-Together with your colleagues, be involved in developing and digitizing salary

- Service comes naturally to you and you like numbers and working against deadlines

-Has a post-secondary education in payroll administration and/or many years of experience
