Team Leader - Order to Cash

We are recruiting a Team Lead for the Order to Cash team with a focus on the Dutch market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on a meaningful challenge in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the O2C team dedicated to the Dutch market, ensuring excellent customer service;

* Implementing, monitoring, and continuously updating processes in the area;

* Tracking team performance through KPIs and ensuring long-term consistency;

* Ensuring proper handling and resolution of customer requests and complaints;

* Communicating clearly and effectively — by phone and email — with business partners, internal units, clients, and other departments;

* Participating in monthly escalation meetings, with a focus on continuous improvement.

* C1 level of English (mandatory);

* Proficiency in SAP and Office tools;

* Fluency in Dutch (C2 or native level) will be considered a strong asset.

* 1-year direct contract with Linde, with possible renewal;

* 10% performance bonus based on base salary;

* Meal allowance of approximately €242/month (€11 per working day);
