For one of our clients - a technology provider focused on customer experience, offering
outsourced sales, help, and operational solutions to large organizations, we are looking for
– Team Performance Manager with French and English.

Responsibilities:
*Drive attendance and engagement through regular check-ins and support;
*Track performance and step in early to guide underperformance;
*Hold regular 1:1s and reviews to keep goals aligned and progress on track;
*Celebrate wins and highlight top performers in line with team values;
*Be a visible leader—supporting, guiding, and mentoring on the floor;
*Foster open dialogue, teamwork, and a positive team spirit.

Qualifications:
*Hands-on experience leading and developing teams;
*Fluent in French and English - great communication across all channels;
*Confident using Word, Excel, and basic reporting tools;
*Strong planner—good at staying organized and juggling tasks;
*Approachable, supportive, and people-first mindset;
*College degree or relevant experience; extra language skills are a plus.
