the role of Tech-Associate with German, French, Turkish, Polish, Czech and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Diagnosing issues for the customers and offering solutions in a timely manner;

* Using your knowledge and skills to provide great service and keep customers happy;

* Striving to explain simply and clearly and guiding customers towards solving the issue;

* Keeping up and improving your knowledge of company’s products and services;

* Working together with other colleagues and helping when needed.

Requirements:

* Strong German, French, Turkish, Polish and Czech skills and good English skills;

* Analytical thinker, driven to improve and ensure the best customer experience;

* Tech-savvy with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving;

* Adaptable, open and approachable.
