We are on a search for organised, motivated and friendly individuals for the role of Technical

Care Engineer B2B with Dutch, German, French, Italian, and English.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Communicating only business to business (B2B);

* Handling product support and diagnosing issues via phone, email and chat;

* Committing to showing empathy and offering user-friendly solutions;

* Striving towards providing great service and ensuring customer happiness;

* Cooperating and helping others and working on achieving target goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

* Fluency in Dutch, German, French, Italian, and English;

* Great communication skills and a friendly manner;

* Eager to learn and grow your knowledge on company’s services and products;

* Team-player attitude and good time management skills;

* Organised and self-motivated.

Northern Europe is rainy and cool all year round and the Mediterranean doesn’t boast the Christmas delight of a snowy winter.
