-Handle inbound customer support in Dutch via phone, chat, and email.

-Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues.

-Address customer escalations and document case information accurately.

-Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close support tickets.

-Maintain internal ticketing systems in English.

-Promote customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.

-Native-level Dutch (C2) and good English skills.
-Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics.

-Patient, discreet, and up-to-date with IT trends.
