Your Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on our Italian team, you will specialize in connecting employers (clients) with job seekers (candidates) in Italy. Your responsibilities will include:
Cold Calling & Business Development - Proactively reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and generate job opportunities. A significant portion of your day will involve phone-based sales.
Market Specialization - Become an expert in the Italian job market, building a network of candidates and clients within a specific industry.
Full Recruitment Process Management - From sourcing candidates and guiding them through interviews to handling client negotiations and finalizing job placements.
Market Growth - Develop and expand your own market, fostering long-term relationships to drive revenue.
