Training Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Training Manager to lead our training department, develop training strategies, ensure high-quality standards, and align learning initiatives with company goals. Report to the Head of QC & Training and align strategies with company-wide objectives

Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and training specialists

Develop and update training materials, SOPs, processes, and manuals

Oversee planning, delivery, and evaluation of training activities and workshops

Monitor team KPIs and ensure completion of training deliverables on time

Identify gaps and implement improvements using performance data analytics

Ensure consistent documentation and reporting for management review

Participate in new product onboarding, testing, and cross-functional collaboration

Support employee development through individual coaching and feedback

3+ years of proven managerial experience (teams of 20+ people)

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities

Excellent command of English (verbal and written)

Proactive, assertive, and results-driven with strong decision-making skills

Experience designing and delivering effective training programs

Familiarity with KPIs and performance monitoring

Previous experience in the gaming industry is a strong plus

Skilled in Microsoft Office and documentation tools

People- and process-oriented, with a passion for nurturing team development
