What will you do?
- support the Hosts of one of the most famous travel platform for accommodation via phone and email
- give information concerning their insurance policy and process the request in the administration system and by the writing and sending of reply to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc
- manage policy changes requests, updating payment details.
- Investigate, identify, and escalate issues appropriately, by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.
REQUIREMENTS
The best candidate:
- native french speaker
- fluent english C1 level
- European passport
- Ready to move to Lisbon in March
- You are looking for a life experience, not only a job
