Turkish Advertiser Support Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal

Join a fast-paced B2B support team in Portugal to help advertisers optimize their digital campaigns, resolve technical queries, and build valuable career experience in digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality B2B support via email and chat to advertisers using a major international advertising platform.

• Assist clients with campaign setup, troubleshooting technical and product-related issues, and optimizing overall performance.

• Collaborate closely with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve complex customer cases.

• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on platform features and tools.

• Identify process improvements to elevate service quality while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

  Essential Requirements:

• Languages: Native-level written and spoken Turkish, along with good spoken and written English (B2 level minimum).

• Valid European passport or European ID card, and at least 18 years of age.

• Experience in customer service and/or marketing is considered a strong plus.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (initially within a 07:00–19:00 window, Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating days off per week).

• Availability to commit to working in Lisbon for at least 6 months.

• No Portuguese language skills are required for this role.
