DESCRIPTION

Ukrainian Speaking Customer Experience Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Salary: €1,040 gross/month + free accommodation

Alternative package: €1,227 gross/month without accommodation

Are you fluent in Ukrainian and English, with an interest in digital marketing? This is a great opportunity to join a global outsourcing company in Lisbon and support a leading global Social Media brand.

The role

You will support small and medium-sized businesses with their online marketing and advertising campaigns. Your tasks will include providing pre- and post-sales support by phone, email and live chat, helping clients use the platform, resolving technical issues, reporting bugs and improving the customer experience.

Working hours

40 hours per week, 8 hours per day plus lunch break. Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00am and 12:00am.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken
Previous customer service experience
Flexible and willing to learn
Interest in digital marketing
Strong communication skills
