What will you do?
· You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitments: Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units and clients.
· You will work in a multidisciplinary and collaborative company, focused on the technology sector, where you will develop a thorough knowledge with the search and selection of different profiles.
· Be responsible for recruitments from all areas of software: development, architecture, design, QA, devops, mobile, ERP & CRM, operations, support, and for multiple levels of seniority.

· Working in partnership with the business you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization.
REQUIREMENTS
Background & Experience
· You have an excellent level of English or Spanish, both spoken and written. You will communicate with candidates of different nationalities and with the rest of the aktios recruitment team.
· 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
