For one of our clients – а company specializing in customer experience technology that
delivers outsourced sales, support, and business process services to large businesses, we are
looking for – Vacation Financial Protection Specialist with French and English (Day/Late Shifts).
Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and chats with professionalism and empathy,
including urgent situations;
*Investigate, assess, and resolve claims related to property protection, liability coverage, and
incident management;
*Manage cases of varying complexity, ensuring timely resolution while applying best
practices for sensitive communication;
*Analyze safety and policy-related issues, providing valuable feedback for process
improvements;
*Deliver accurate and well-structured responses to customer inquiries using customized or
pre-prepared messages;
*Ensure the security and accuracy of user information within internal systems.
Qualifications:
*1-3 years of experience in handling insurance claims, dispute resolution, fraud
investigations, or property damage assessments;
*Strong ability to manage financial claims, liability concerns, and loss evaluations efficiently;
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle complex conversations
professionally and empathetically;
* Fluency in French and English for effective communication;
*Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail when assessing information and making decisions;
*Experience working with digital platforms and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Our client offer:
*Full-time position (40 hours/week) with shifts between 09:00 – 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
30-day probation period and an unfixed-term contract;
*Competitive salary with additional role and language complements, as well as performance- based incentives;
*One-time signing bonus for external candidates and recurring loyalty bonuses every three months;
*Daily meal allowance plus holiday and Christmas bonuses, which can be received monthly or as a lump sum;
*22 business days of annual leave, with compensation for working on Portuguese public
holidays, following national labor laws;
*Assistance with temporary and permanent accommodation, travel reimbursement, and
financial support for the first few months;
*Fully paid training from day one, plus medical and dental insurance included after six
months. Non-Portuguese citizens receive assistance with documentation.
