This role may include reviewing sensitive or violent material, so resilience and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. • Content Moderation: Review, analyze, and moderate content and ads to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Safety Assurance: Identify and escalate potential violations or risks to maintain a secure and user-friendly environment.
• Quality Control: Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with your team and supervisors to address complex cases and improve processes.

• Language Skills: Native or near-native German, with a good understanding of English for internal communication.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with sensitive content and maintaining professionalism.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: 3600 BGN gross per month.
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday with shifts, adhering to local labor laws.
• Training: A comprehensive 6-week on-site training to set you up for success.
