VIP Hostesses play a crucial role within Bombay in ensuring that high-value guests and players receive exceptional service and personalised attention at the casino. The primary focus of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships, promote customer loyalty, as well as cater to the needs and preferences of our VIP players. 

Since our clients come from different backgrounds, we're looking for multiple VIP Hosts:

  • Japanese speaking
  • Hindi speaking 
  • Arabic speaking 
  • English speaking

NB! This job is mostly based in Tallinn, Estonia. However, if you're outside of Estonia, we do offer a relocation package. Please send us your CV in English.


Your daily tasks will be:

  • Welcoming and assisting our VIP customers as their main point of contact throughout their stay with us, being responsive and available to VIP players on demand, including outside regular business hours.
  • Providing an exceptional, personalised service to VIP players on-site, including anticipating their needs and preferences on the go.
  • Making sure all requests for their overall experience are being fulfilled, by liaising with the Service Operations and Travel team when necessary.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints raised by VIP guests promptly and professionally, acting as a neutral liaison between VIP players and casino management to ensure a positive resolution.
  • Promoting high-stakes games and other gaming activities to VIP guests.
  • Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and casino policies, while always protecting sensitive player information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Keeping notes and ensuring client profiles are updated by the Service Operations team for most up-to-date information for our Client Directors.
  • Taking ownership of the VIP experience at the Club or Club room of your location.

What we expect from you:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing player data and preferences.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, always carrying a constructive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Multilingual skills – fluency in additional and/or multiple languages is a bonus (for specifications check above).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (time in lieu will be provided), as work is done in shifts.
  • Readiness to travel to other Bombay Collection assets and locations when required.



  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the casino industry and/or with VIP customers, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of casino games and operations but don't worry, we will teach you everything you need to know!
  • Interest in and knowledge of crypto.
