Our client is a global leader in customer experience management and contact center services, delivering exceptional customer care in over 35 languages. If you are a near-native French speaker looking for a new challenge in Greece, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support and assistance to customers via calls, emails, and chats
-Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers to effective solutions
-Act as a brand ambassador, staying informed about product updates and troubleshooting techniques
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
-Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when needed
Requirements:
-Near-native level in French
-Good communication skills in English (B2+ level)
-Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
-Computer knowledge and tech savviness
-Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and work independently and as a team member
-Prior customer support experience is an advantage
