Responsibilities:
If you join the company, you would be responsible for the tasks below:
- People and team management with active support for the operations management
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Recruitment, training, coaching, performance management and talent development
- Proposing improvement initiatives
- Focus on high customer satisfaction, service availability and quality through training and continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies
- Monitor KPls to review department's results to allow regular efficiency optimization
REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness and flexibility to work on shifts (no night shifts).
- German language C1 level
- English language skills to a business standard
- Appropriate leadership and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level
- Calm manner and able to work under pressure
- Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment
- A flexible, creative and driven personality
- General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
- Interest in Sports, Casino and Poker products would be a benefit, relevant training will be provided
