Job description

• A chatbot is an artificial intelligence that can respond to a user's questions (or prompts) on any subject with an almost human-like "understanding." It performs text-based tasks like creating various forms of content, summarizing text, and translating between languages.
• Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bot's textbased answers that were flagged by users as not okay, by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.
• You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.
• On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity, hate speech or violence.
• Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.
