Hybrid German-speaking Business Development Representative in Krakow! Google Products!

The client works on behalf of Google; they work with small and medium businesses and they are helping existing customers and upselling Google Ads features.

  • Relocation bonus of 10.000 PLN gross

Join us as a Business Development Representative and be the strategic link between businesses and groundbreaking cloud solutions.

Purpose of the role:

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

You will help businesses work better together, move fast and innovate. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for new businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose adequate solutions and send them on the most appropriate Sales path. You will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team with a focus to grow our customer base across EMEA.


Responsibilities

Establish and maintain long-term business relationships (from 3 to 9 months) with the new Clients
Develop customized online advertising strategies for individual new and existing clients
Provide guidance to clients on Google Ads-related matters, including proposing new solutions, negotiating offers, and educating them about Google Ads products
Manage all aspects of Google Ads, including campaign setup, rebuild existing campaigns, and monitor, optimize, and report on results
Sell Google Ads products and solutions (inside sales, upselling, cross selling), continuously analyzing results to ensure the achievement of set goals
Collaborate with employees from various departments to prepare solutions for clients and develop their campaigns during the customer service period
Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player, contributing to the overall team sales targets

REQUIREMENTS
  • C2 level of German and C1 of English (both written and spoken).
  • Advanced understanding of cloud computing concepts, with significant experience implementing or selling Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and an established ability to translate complex needs into viable solutions.
  • Comfortable and effective at consistently exceeding sales quotas in a phone-based sales setting.
  • Substantial experience in IT outbound sales prospecting and managing a large, diverse portfolio of accounts and contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, with proven ability to identify and engage key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive individual with confident, competitive, and tenacious execution towards goals.
