About the company

What will you do?

Provide first-level technical support, service restoration, and fulfillment of service requests

Act as the link between end users and product teams

Register, analyze, prioritize, resolve, and assign incoming support cases within agreed service levels

Communicate with end users regarding the progress of ongoing cases

Deliver support in accordance with KPIs, OKRs, and internal service agreements

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents

Resolve more complex technical issues within the assigned business area using different support channels

Contribute to improving user productivity through efficient technical support

Candidate profile

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

Business-level Czech language skills are a plus

Good understanding of the supported business area and connected products and services

Knowledge of ITIL, Agile frameworks, and service governance principles

Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and terminology

Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially during business-critical situations

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication and customer service skills
