Purpose of the role:
As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, discovering their needs and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.
You will help businesses work better together, move fast and innovate. As a member of the Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for new businesses, proactively engaging them to build enthusiasm while identifying and qualifying their business needs to propose adequate solutions and send them on the most appropriate Sales path. You will work towards individual targets, but will also be part of a larger sales team with a focus to grow our customer base across EMEA.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain long-term business relationships (from 3 to 9 months) with the new Clients
Develop customized online advertising strategies for individual new and existing clients
Provide guidance to clients on Google Ads-related matters, including proposing new solutions, negotiating offers, and educating them about Google Ads products
Manage all aspects of Google Ads, including campaign setup, rebuild existing campaigns, and monitor, optimize, and report on results
Sell Google Ads products and solutions (inside sales, upselling, cross selling), continuously analyzing results to ensure the achievement of set goals
Collaborate with employees from various departments to prepare solutions for clients and develop their campaigns during the customer service period
Meet your personal productivity requirements (KPIs) daily while being a team player, contributing to the overall team sales targets
