DESCRIPTION
Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.
Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
- Manage the business-cycle for new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship to ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and promote opportunities.
- Prospect and build a pipeline of new business, working in close partnership with our sales development, onboarding, agency, and marketing teams.
- Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
- Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Google Shopping, Google Display Network, app promotion).
- Deliver consistently against goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in planning, delivering, and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
- Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work separately, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
