Your mission

Help customers stay informed and confident about their deliveries.

As a Delivery Support Specialist, you will assist customers with shipment-related inquiries, including tracking requests, delivery updates, delayed shipments, and lost packages. Through phone, email, and chat support, you will provide clear information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the delivery journey.

You will also work closely with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure accurate communication and smooth delivery operations.

What you bring

Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Comfortable working independently while remaining a collaborative team member.

Good computer literacy and confidence working with multiple systems simultaneously.

Previous experience in customer support, logistics, transportation, or a call center environment is considered an advantage.

Your schedule

08:00–21:00 | Monday–Saturday

You will work 8-hour shifts according to a rotating schedule, with 5 working days and 2 days off per week.

The role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with one office week per month in Sofia.
