Workster is partnering with a leading global customer engagement company to recruit Spanish-speaking Ad-Sales Specialists for an exciting project in the online advertising industry. Your Role:
- Engage with existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat, and email.
- Manage a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound outreach, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored advertising solutions.
- Analyse and optimize marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
- Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of clients and monitor campaign performance and success metrics.
- Identify campaign trends and act proactively to address challenges and enhance performance.
- Direct clients to appropriate specialists or support teams when additional expertise is required.
- Continuously enhance the customer experience by promoting the effective use of advertising products.
Your Qualifications:
- Native in Spanish + fluent in English.
- Solid B2B Sales background with at least 1 year of experience.
- Good presentation and strong communication skills.
- Sound business acumen and commercial mindset.
- Target and goal-oriented.
- Reliability and ability to work towards objectives.
- Eager, quick learner with strong teamwork spirit.
- IT literacy skills with a high interest in technology.
- Flexibility in prioritizing workload.
- Ability to handle unique situations confidently and solve problems effectively.

Salary:
€1,100 x 14 (so 1280 € gross monthly)+ Monthly bonus: 200€+ Daily cash bonus at Mastercard + Meal Voucher Visa Card after the completion of 1 month around 160€ netto
