At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
Familiarity with call center operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently.
Comfortable using Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus.
