What you will do in this role

As an Sales Trainer on our team, you will:
• Coordinate and schedule sales training sessions for new starters and existing sales teams
• Deliver sales training programmes, including onboarding, refresher training, and targeted tools and skill-based sessions
• Conduct regular role plays and call/chat monitoring to assess performance and identify coaching opportunities
• Create coaching plans, improvement suggestions, and targeted training interventions based on observed behaviours
• Develop and update sales training materials in coordination with the Training Lead
• Review sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for improvement
• Create joint action plans with Sales Supervisors to develop and improve individual and team sales performance
• Collaborate with the Training Lead to design, manage, and deliver sales gamification initiatives
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales methodologies, best practices, and the current product range to ensure training remains relevant and effective
• Maintain strong understanding of current project processes, tools, and systems used by the sales teams
• Produce regular reporting on training delivery, attendance, feedback, competencies, and training outcomes
• Report to stakeholders on sales training initiatives, priorities, and performance impact
• Occasional travel to our other hubs including Valencia
