What will you do?

  • Engage with German-market clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored service solutions
  • Manage a high volume of accounts, delivering exceptional service and sales support
  • Drive revenue growth through effective selling and convincing techniques
  • Work with performance targets and KPIs to meet or exceed objectives
  • Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
  • Cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

 

Candidate profile

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • C2 level German and high-level English (written and spoken)
  • Proven sales experience with strong persuasion skills
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Track record of achieving high-volume sales results
  • Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities
