As an Account Manager Executive on our team, you will:
- Focus on developing and closing opportunities with both new and existing customers, driving acquisition, retention, and growth across mid-sized accounts.
- Own the overall account strategy and sales execution.
- Systematically qualify customer potential and address whitespace opportunities across the full product portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the Channel team (PBM, iPBM, Proximity) to align account strategies.
- Drive PC++ Sales (including Headsets, Displays, and Care Packs) as well as Print Transactional Sales.
- Lead the solution-building process and engage pooled central inside sales specialists and presales experts when needed.
- Identify and engage new contacts within assigned accounts, elevate relationships across the full portfolio, and manage structured communications based on strategic sequencing.
- Own opportunity identification, qualification, and management. Proactively hunt within low or no SOW accounts.
- Coordinate with in-market technical consultants to provide expert support when required.
- Support or lead project management efforts, own pricing discussions, ensure compliance with global pricing guidelines, and manage negotiations and sales closure with a focus on profitability.
- Support renewals and post-sales activities in partner-led opportunities, offering guidance on cross-sell and upsell strategies based on customer needs, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
