In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.

-Support German-speaking customers via phone and/or chat

-Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment

-Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues

-Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity

-Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features

-Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction

-Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers


-Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

-Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage

-Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

-Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn

-Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
