What will you do?
- Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
- Support user onboarding and assist with new account creation
- Help customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the app, card reader, and accessories
- Assist with financial queries such as transactions, deposits, and reports
- Provide clear and professional information about products and services
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
