Call Center Sales Agent (PT/BR Portuguese) in Lisbon

DESCRIPTION
As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s financial products and services to potential clients via phone.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Promoting the company’s products and services through cold and warm calls (around 200 calls per day)
- Assisting clients with opening trading accounts
- Providing information and education about financial products and services
- Keeping clients updated on financial market news
- Guiding clients on how to use trading platforms
- Maintaining professional communication standards at all times
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent Portuguese (Brazilian)
- Additional EU languages are a plus
- Goal-oriented and money-driven personality
- Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
- Previous Forex experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Available to start ASAP
- Portuguese work permit required (if non-EU citizen) (Manifestação de interesse is not valid)
- Must be based in Lisbon
OFFER
- Base salary (€900–€1200 gross/month, depending on experience)
- Uncapped performance-based bonus
- Full-time contract
