Your day to day
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Support customers with account access, login issues, and password resets.
- Assist with banking transactions, online banking tools, and card-related issues.
- Respond to queries about financial overviews, transactions, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams in English to resolve more complex cases.
- Deliver clear, friendly, and professional customer support.
- Use digital tools and internal systems to manage customer requests efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the internal communication language.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and online platforms.
- Willingness to relocate to Portugal, with relocation support provided.
- Ability to work remotely from Portugal in a professional and reliable way.
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts on a rotating schedule.
