Job Title: Project Administrator – German & English (m/w/d)
Job Type: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hannover, Germany (City Centre)
Salary: €32K + benefits
We are looking for a Project Administrator with Fluent German & English to join a growing telecommunications company based in the Hannover, Germany offices. In this role you will be supporting the greater project team in organising and planning the key metrics in ensuring the project is ready to launch. You manage all the paperwork and liaison with various external and internal parties to ensure everything is verifying and signed off on. This an amazing opportunity to become part of the team!
REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be required to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Interact with Management and Co-Workers
- Arrange events and organize locations based on specific criteria.
- Perform additional checks for the internal team and Management.
- Maintain internal reports based on guidelines, ensure the reporting is accurate and timely
- Submit requests to obtain information to municipalities that are included in the project
- Collect necessary information and upload it into the system
- Notarize legal documents as necessary
- Other tasks may be assigned from time-to-time.
