Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Helping the customers with any issues and questions they might have via tickets or calls;

* Provide support by listening closely and with care and identifying the best solution;

* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a positive experience;

* Identifying and reporting to your superior on observed issue trends and frequent questions;

* Working as a part of a team, supporting and maintaining a good working atmosphere.

Requirements:

* Fluency in Norwegian and good knowledge of English language;

* Great listening and communicating skills, able to empathize with the customer;

* Friendly approach and drive to be of service and provide the best experience and results;

* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
