About the Company
Join an international customer experience company in Portugal and work on behalf of a leading global technology client.
You will be part of a specialized support team helping developers solve issues related to their apps and the client's platform.
The role combines technical support, problem-solving, research, and communication with developers via email and chat.
Your workplace will be located in Lagoas Park, Oeiras, close to Lisbon.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve escalations and appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps.
- Investigate complex cases and transform your findings into clear and concise explanations.
- Communicate with developers and internal teams through email, chat, and ticketing tools.
- Conduct detailed research to identify solutions and provide effective support.
- Learn and apply the platform's policies when handling developer requests.
- Review, maintain, and curate information and data.
- Proofread and review documentation intended for publication.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to help developers maintain and improve their apps.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating professionally in an international environment.
- You have experience supporting technical end users and troubleshooting different types of issues.
- You are a strong communicator and can explain complex situations in a clear and concise way.
- You have excellent attention to detail and strong research and comprehension skills.
- You are comfortable multitasking and making decisions when handling complex cases.
- You are empathetic, solution-oriented, and capable of maintaining high-quality communication with developers.
- You are interested in technology, apps, online platforms, and digital products.
OFFER
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
- 22 days of annual leave according to Portuguese legislation.
- Portuguese public holidays apply, with compensation days available when working on eligible public holidays.
- Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
- €7 meal allowance per working day, paid via meal card.
- Potential productivity bonus, depending on performance and/or attendance.
- Health insurance from the first day of the employment contract.
- Intensive training before starting your regular activities; successfully completed training is proportionally compensated.
- Accommodation option available through the employer.
- Example monthly package for 22 working days:
- With company apartment: €1,109.32 gross cash compensation + accommodation benefit in kind.
- Without company apartment: €1,434.82 total gross cash compensation.
- The expected initial employment relationship has a foreseeable duration of 12 months, with the possibility of continuing afterwards.
