What will you do?
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot billing and technical issues
- Deliver excellent customer service via multiple channels
- Engage in soft sales by recommending products and services
- Meet assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain professional communication in Norwegian and English
- Work full-time across flexible shifts, including some weekends
