This is a pure customer service position with no sales or upselling, focused on assisting customers across multiple channels, resolving service-related enquiries, and delivering a professional and positive customer experience. The position is on-site in Sofia, with fixed working hours from Monday to Friday.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and other supported channels
• Assist customers with top-ups, SIM activation, roaming, account enquiries, and other telecommunications services
• Provide accurate information and clear guidance regarding products and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date case information
• Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards
• Deliver professional, clear, and empathetic support during every customer interaction
• Provide a consistently positive customer experience
