Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Dutch & German) | 100% Remote from Spain or Portugal
About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing company in the Electric Vehicle industry, is looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Support Agent fluent in both Dutch and German.
This role is fully remote from Spain or Portugal. No relocation, no commute. If you have a reliable internet connection and speak Dutch and German fluently, location is never a barrier.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in Dutch and German
- Troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed
- Delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Logging interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Dutch and German — this is non-negotiable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Previous experience in customer support or a client-facing role is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
- Interest in EVs or the clean tech space is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
