Customer Advisor for Online Fashion and Accessories
Location: Athens, Greece (hybrid contact centre)
Job Description:
- Management of incoming chats, calls, and emails.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas.
- Gather all necessary information to update the database.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Explain company policies to customers.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in production languages.
- Excellent command of English (B2 level).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute.
Training: 1 week + 4 weeks nesting.
Working Model:
First month on-site, depending on performance and behavior, employees will be able to work from home afterward.
Salary for Czech/Slovak speakers: €1200 gross + 10% performance bonus. Start date: May 24, 2024.
