Monitor and evaluate customer interactions daily to ensure quality standards are met.

Track and execute monthly quality audits, keeping clear and consistent records.

Participate in feedback meetings with internal teams and clients.

Identify gaps in processes, scripts, or communication and suggest actionable improvements.

Support the development of Monthly Quality Reports and align with client-specific needs.

Join calibration sessions to align quality standards across teams and assist in training initiatives.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in a contact center or customer service setting.

Excellent analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities in German and English (C1).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Understanding of QA metrics, internal policies, and call evaluation best practices.

A stable, full-time position with regular working hours (Monday–Friday).
