Role: Marketing Promotions & Content Specialist (Danish Market)
Salary: 35K Euros gross p/a
Relocation package: 200 euro flight reimbursement plus 2 weeks accomodation on arrival

The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Promotions & Content Specialist to join our Commercial team and work across several well-known brands in the Nordics region. You’ll be part of a friendly, inclusive, and fast-paced environment where you can learn and grow quickly. In this role, you will focus primarily on the local Danish market, managing on-site promotions, email, and SMS communications across Sportsbook, Casino, Poker, and Live Casino verticals. You will also support other markets where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate localized marketing promotions across Casino, Live Casino, and occasionally Poker and Sports verticals, in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Create high-quality, original, brand-aligned, and compliant content in Danish for promotional campaigns, on-site materials, emails, and SMS communications.
- Set up promotions and communications from end to end, including promotion pages, banners, email, and SMS.
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards (content, mechanics, images).
- Conduct thorough testing of all promotional campaigns across channels before launch.
- Support the setup of promotions and communications for other non-Danish speaking markets when needed (local content will be provided).
- Assist with documentation, coordination, and team handovers.
- Interpret creative briefs to deliver localized, engaging content across various communication channels.
- Monitor daily campaigns and outgoing marketing to ensure everything is live and aligned with plans.
- Analyze key performance data to track and report on the success of your campaigns.
- Manage workflow with internal stakeholders using project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Participate in an on-call rota during weekends/holidays (emergency leaderboard updates or daily checks).
REQUIREMENTS
- Native Danish speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Previous experience in online content marketing.
- Familiarity with the iGaming sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
