Are you a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities?
We are recruiting for an international software company in Porto that provides AI-powered digital workplace solutions designed to connect people, technology, and business processes.
Your responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop business within the German-speaking market while managing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
You will:
- Initiate and broaden commercial relationships with customers across different channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio
- Negotiate commercial terms and guide opportunities through to closing
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, sales activities, and pipeline progress
- Work towards individual monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with other departments when customer requirements overlap
- Keep up to date with market developments, competitors, and customer trends
The offer:
- 40.883.34 € base salary + up to 23.330 on top in commissions
- Compensation paid across 14 annual salary payments
- €2,000 relocation bonus paid with your first salary

Requirements:
- Highly fluent in German (C2) and strong English skills (B2)
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or a similar commercial position
- Confidence in managing customer conversations and closing commercial opportunities
- Experience with cross-selling or upselling
- SaaS, software, or technology-sector experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced international environment
- Physically located in Porto or a clear willingness to move there
